When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Velvet Caviar case comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or print issues. This does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage to your device.
