We want you to love your Velvet Caviar gear, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible electronic accessories and cases. Ensure your items are in original condition with all packaging included to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
